Returns

The customer has the right to exchange or return the product if any of the following cases occur:

• Leakage of perfume from the bottle.
• Malfunction in the perfume spray.
• Insufficient quantity of perfume inside the bottle.

Terms and Conditions:

• To accept a refund or exchange service, the invoice and bank transfer details must be provided.
• The customer is entitled to a refund if there is a manufacturing defect within 24 hours of receiving the product from the shipping company.
• The customer is entitled to replace the sold item with another item of the same price or higher if there is a manufacturing defect within 24 hours of receiving the perfume.
• The product will be inspected at the L'Odore store, and if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the customer is entitled to a refund or replacement.
• The refund will be made through bank transfer to the customer's account within 14 business days.
• According to the e-commerce system, unless the parties agree on another delivery period, the customer has the right cancel and receive a refund after 15 days from the agreed delivery time.
• The customer is not entitled to exchange products that have been modified by engraving or engraving on them.
• If the reason for the return is products with a manufacturing defect, L'Odore store bears the shipping cost.
