Robert Piguet

Although Robert Piguet was considered a businessman, he was truly destined to become one of the legendary figures in fashion. Born in Switzerland, he left his hometown of Yverdon at the age of 17 and moved to Paris despite his family’s opposition. There, he worked with a group of fashion designers, including Paul Poiret (the founder of Parfums de Rosine). Paul became a lifelong friend and was one of the most influential fashion designers in history.
